The essentials for booking and attending a Rugby Roos session.

Booking & Payment

Sessions are booked and paid for online, upfront, for the full term. Your spot is confirmed as soon as payment goes through.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, please do this at least 24 hours before your session so another family has the chance to take your spot. Thank you!

Waitlist

If a session is fully booked, you can join the waitlist — if a spot opens up, you'll be notified so you can grab it.

Booking Multiple Children

You can book up to 3 children on a single booking, so siblings can join the same session together.

Parent Participation by Age

How involved you are on the field depends on your child's age group — see our story for the full breakdown, but in short: full parent participation for 2–3 year olds, more independent play for 4–5 year olds (with parents welcome to stay and watch), and fully independent, coach-run sessions for 6–7 year olds.
