Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants and families enrolled in Rugby Roos programs. By registering your child, you agree to the following:

1. Enrolment and Payment

Enrolments are confirmed once payment is received.
Fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances (e.g. program cancellation by Rugby Roos).
Missed sessions are non-refundable but may be made up in another class if space allows.

2. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

A parent/guardian must remain onsite during all sessions for children under 5 years old.
For the 2–3 year old Toddler Tots class, active parent participation is required.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children wear suitable clothing and footwear.
Parents/guardians must inform Rugby Roos of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements before participation.

3. Safety and Conduct

All sessions are non-contact and are designed to be age-appropriate and safe.
Rugby Roos coaches reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a way that endangers themselves or others.
Parents/guardians must ensure children follow coach instructions at all times.

4. Injury and Liability

Rugby Roos takes every precaution to provide a safe environment.
By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and release Rugby Roos and its staff from liability for injuries sustained during participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
All children are covered under Rugby Roos’ public liability insurance.

5. Photography and Media

Rugby Roos may take photos/videos during sessions for marketing purposes.
These will only be used with prior parent/guardian consent (opt-in on registration form).

6. Cancellations and Weather Policy

Classes may be rescheduled or relocated due to weather, venue availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
Families will be notified via email, text, or social media.
In the event of cancellation by Rugby Roos, a make-up class or credit will be offered.

7. Privacy

All personal information is collected in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Details provided at registration will only be used for program administration and communication.

8. Agreement

By enrolling in Rugby Roos, parents/guardians acknowledge they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them.
